They think it's a great resource for families because it not only encourages kids to read during the summer, but it's also free. Kids will get a kick out of  Billy Gorilly as he talks to Mrs. Flicker about all the fun they can have at the library. Billy even sings his library theme song

I just wanted to send out a little reminder about Billy’s Podcast 18. If you have not listened yet, come on over and check it out. This podcast will teach children the  letters sounds of (J-R)  as they sing along with Billy and his pals from the Candy Appletree Woods. Letter sounds (A-I) can be found on podcast 17. Kids will also learn the colors in a rainbow. And they will learn about "Big, Small, or Hardly There At All" You can also get free printable worksheets to go along with each segment.
